Barbouta und das jüdische Erbe

Barbouta is the old Jewish quarter of Veria, on the bank of the Tripotamos. The walk is the lanes themselves, the Jewish quarter page, and the synagogue.

It is a neighbourhood visit, not a museum ticket. Lunch in the quarter belongs here. A plan that sends you to the same taverna three times, or to a café 60 kilometres away, is the wrong use of this place.

Combine it with the Step of Apostle Paul if you want one sacred stop the same afternoon. Keep Vergina for another half day.
